About me
Hello there!
I’m Dan – your Leicestershire-based documentary wedding photographer. I live in the Charnwood borough of Leicestershire, with my partner Sarah and our two boys; Hendrix & Myles.
Photography is my full time profession. In my (limited) free time I practise playing guitar and we’re working on converting our van into a camper.
As an experienced wedding photographer my aim is to put you and your guests at ease. I am there to make sure you get a sensational collection of photographs that you will cherish for years to come!
Wedding photography isn’t just a job for me – it’s my passion.
I will melt away into the background, stealthily taking your all-important photographs, to ensure the whole process is as relaxing and serene as it possibly can be. Many of my couples say that my easy-going nature, sense of humour and ability to engage with anyone (even that awkward Aunt!) means that I help make the day that little bit less stressful.
While my primary style is that of a documentary wedding photographer, I’m open to some group photos and a brief portrait session. It’s the photos that ooze love, that make the memories of the big day – those raw moments of tears, laughter and everyone having a blast!
Your wedding day is the most important day to you both and I am there to ensure it is captured in its fullest.

Being a full time photographer means you will get a service of commitment to my craft, curating a polished, stylised collection. I’m ready to do away with the traditional wedding collection of only formal, staged photographs so that we can create something that’s quintessentially you. I’m ready to ensure you get the very best photographs of your big day – ready to be remembered for years and by generations to come.
